About the service

Uptown Funk AI Video is an independent parody tool that creates a short AI dance video from the photos you provide: one lead photo and up to three crew photos. A third-party AI model makes the video. Results vary and may not look exactly like the people in the photos. Videos are silent; we do not supply the song Uptown Funk or any other music.

Not affiliated

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars, their record labels, the creator of the original AI CEO clip, or any company or person shown in it. Names are used descriptively to identify the trend the tool recreates. Generated videos are AI-made and must not be presented as real footage.

Acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old. You may only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of public figures, strangers or children. You must not use the service to:

• impersonate, harass, defame or sexualise anyone;
• create content of minors;
• mislead people into believing a video is authentic footage;
• infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold as one-time packs (100 credits = one 480p video, 300 credits = one 720p video) and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits are non-transferable. Checkout is PayPal only (a PayPal balance or a card PayPal accepts).

Purchased credits are not refundable. If a generation fails or times out before you receive a finished video, that credit is returned to your balance automatically. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow us to exclude. If a mandatory consumer right, including a statutory withdrawal right, applies where you live, contact us before you rely on the no-refund sentence.

Content

You keep the rights you have in your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver your video. Music you add on other platforms is governed by those platforms' licences. You are responsible for how you share generated videos.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
